Join us as a Billing Specialist with Uline's Finance team to ensure the billing process is a breeze for our customers as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!
**Position Responsibilities**
- Analyze invoicing portals.
- Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.
- Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer's invoices.
- Ensure invoices are correctly issued.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.
**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism **preferred.
**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
