**Requirments**:

- 23 years plus.
- Accounting, business administration degree or similar.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
- Two years plus of experience in costumer service.
- To work in Tijuana, B.C.
- **Responsabilites**:

- Costumer service.
- Reception and classification of incoming payments with attention to credibility.
- Manage the statement of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
- Issuance of tickets, receipts and invoices.
- Follow up with insurance company on unpaid or rejected claims.
- Resolves issues and re-submits claims.
