**Job Summary**: The Bookkeeper oversees all financial activities, provides financial guidance to the executive team, and ensures the organization's financial health and compliance.
They lead strategic financial planning, reporting, risk management, capital management, and team leadership.
They collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategies.
**Requirements**:- A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and an MBA or CPA is preferred.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role- Relevant certifications (e.G., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) are a plus.Pay to be discussed.
