As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bio-equivalence Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.**Responsibilities**:- **Client Relationship Management**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.- **Market Research**:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about opportunities and challenges.- Provide regular updates on market developments to the management team.- **Business Development**:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the bio-equivalence & Dissolution sector.- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.- **Proposal Development**:- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals for bio-equivalence studies.- Work closely with scientific and regulatory teams to ensure proposals align with industry standards.- Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns.- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:- Meet and exceed sales targets for bio-equivalence studies.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.- Track and report sales performance to the management team.- **Networking**:- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's services.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the bio-equivalence and pharmaceutical industries.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.- 2-3 years of experience in bio-equivalence or a related field.- Proven track record in business development and sales within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.- Strong understanding of bio-equivalence regulations and guidelines
