Train and involve people in different tools or improvement programs (Kaizen, QRQC, 5S, TPM, etc.), coach Green Belts, and lead the most ambitious projects in all areas, driving force in promoting the lean sigma culture. Evaluate projects, finances, impact, time, etc.Complementary DescriptionTo implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body « Steering Committee »). To identify the needs in resources and negotiate their provision with the sponsor. To drive the project in incorporating its change management. To involve the projects shareholders. To share feedback with other project pilots. Coach the GBs in LS methodology with projects lasting no longer than 6 months, exceptionally 12 months. Propose some ideas of improvement focused on improving performance or effectiveness. Participate actively in S+ networks (events, animation of local networks, etc.).
