Consulting Operations Analyst to join our Consulting Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to our clients and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.What you'll do:Work closely with business owners to identify and document key business processes and workflowsDevelop & communicate policies and operational business requirementsContribute to policy & procedure implementation documentationPerform revenue forecasting for both Time and Material and Fixed Bid project typesPerform system/data root cause analysis and summarize findings for business leadersGenerate and report key PS metrics for business leaders, including Billable Utilization, Professional Services Financials, Net Promoter Score & Non-Bill InvestmentsCollaborate with Professional Services leaders to provide reports focused on financial and resource management data to aid with revenue and budgetary goalsUnderstand and communicate organization policiesReview and understand terms of contracts (SOWs, PSAs, Order Documents, etc.)
as they impact billing/invoicing, payment terms and special accounting needsCollect data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision makingMaintain an organized database (i.E.
SharePoint, Teams site, etc
