**BOM Manager**

In our EDS, Electrical Distribution System Business Unit, we engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.

**Position Summary**

We are looking for a BOM Manager for the Stellantis CBU team. This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities concerning new business quotes, engineering changes, VAVE material cost initiatives, maintaining accurate component cost file for Stellantis, accurate stocklist for new business and engineering change quotes. Position requires strong organization skills, ability to work with large amounts of excel and system data, and ability to work cross functionally. The vacancy is to be positioned in MTC in Juarez, Mx and will report to the Stellantis Sales Manager in Troy Michigan

**Your Role**
- Maintain accurate cost database for components used on Stellantis programs
- Work with Aptiv SCM to capture any inflationary increases in our component cost to enable increase to be passed on to end Customer
- Create accurate costed stocklist for finance and business team for new business quotes and AR's Analyze stocklist to ensure accuracy in cost, unit of measure.
- Create charts that compare material cost and attributes across Stellantis programs.
- Support sales Account Managers with accurate material cost on engineering change quotations Meet the Design (VAVE) cost reduction targets.
- Support material cost reduction initiatives to ensure initiatives improve operating margins
- Support of customer and internal cross functional team in responding to various customer driven initiatives

**Your Background**
- High level of English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- 3 + years of experience in sales, finance, or engineering.
- Proficiency with Excel (data tables, pivot tables, V look UP) and Powerpoint
- Experience with engineering changes, and manufacturing product release.
- Ability to work cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Finance and Purchasing
- Strong organization skills.
- Understanding of Business case development for new RFQ's
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
