Book To Report Manager

Ensure the proper coordination, planning, preparation, and recording of accounting information for the LATAM & USC region to facilitate financial decision-making within the company. Ensure compliance with internal processes and the application of national and international accounting standards, as well as all internal company policies and compliance.
Position Profile

Key Responsibilities
Promote administrative changes regarding accounting, fiscal, and financial standards.Ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial statements.Prepare financial balances according to national and international standards.Supervise general accounting activities.Ensure that staff have the necessary competencies for reporting.Coordinate and follow up on area projects.Streamline department processes.Supervise internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with internal compliance regulations.Integrate and reconcile all elements of the balance sheet.
