Join our global TUI Musement Operational HUB Team in Cancun, Mexico as a Booking Executive to manage and ensure all booking information from our customers are correctly integrated in our systems, and?provide the best digital service for our customers.
ABOUT THE JOB
Monitoring automatic integration of bookings and updating the booking system.
Checking special requests bookings and registering the requirements.
Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and destinations of the business also liaising with suppliers and our clients.
To solve discrepancies between providers and internal administration.
To use internal client's systems to follow up on roomings and payments when applicable.
Process bookings of non-integrated clients.
Ensure validations are in place to guarantee data consistency.
Ensure maximum capacity (and revenue) from commitment properties and allotment handling, when required.
ABOUT YOU
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Experience user knowledge of Asterix would be highly desirable.
Is a great logically thinker and can work well independently or as a team.
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues.
Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
Fluent in verbal and written English is required.
Additional languages advantageous.
