Join our global TUI Musement Operational HUB Team in Mexico as a Booking Executive to manage and ensure all booking information from our customers are correctly integrated in our systems, and provide the best digital service for our customers.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Monitoring automatic integration of bookings and updating the booking system.
- Checking special requests bookings and registering the requirements.
- Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with other departments, destinations of the business, and suppliers and our clients.
- To solve discrepancies between providers and internal administration.
- To use internal client's systems to follow up on roomings, and payments, when applicable.
- Process bookings of non-integrated clients.
- Ensure validations are in place to guarantee data consistency.
- Ensure maximum capacity (and revenue) from commitment properties and allotment handling, when required.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Experience user knowledge of Asterix would be highly desirable.
- A great logical thinker and to work well independently, or in a team.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly reacts to operational issues.
- Can solve problems independently, and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
- Fluent in verbal and written English is required.
Additional languages advantageous.
