We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to join our team.
This role focuses purely on numbers and accuracy, ensuring seamless cross-checking and invoicing processes.
No tax work involved—just meticulous attention to detail with data and numbers.
**Responsibilities**:- Perform cross-checking and reconciliation of data across platforms such as Ringba, Everflow, and invoices.- Generate and manage invoices accurately and on time.- Monitor and verify lead-related data for accuracy and consistency.- Maintain detailed records of transactions and financial data.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial workflows.- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data promptly.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar numbers-focused role.- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Ringba and Everflow is a plus.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
