**BOOKKEEPER/ADMIN****Key Responsibilities**:- Enter property expenses in RentVine, ensuring accurate billing, correct amounts, and attaching receipts to every bill.- Log into various online utility accounts (electric, water, internet, etc.
), download all bills, and enter them accurately in RentVine.- Assist the Accounting Manager in ensuring all HOA payments and recurring bills are entered before sending reports to clients.- Enter tenant charges in RentVine, such as tenant repairs, utility reimbursements, or any other tenant fees.
**Additional Responsibilities**:- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records and documents.- Utilize various software tools such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.- Maintain a high professional standard while working with top-level high net worth clients and their support staff.- May be required to work in our property management software but will receive training if necessary.- Individuals should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
**Qualities Required for this Position**:- Proficient in bookkeeping with a solid grasp of the general ledger, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and reconciliation process.
