Bookkeeper

**Full Charge Bookkeeper!**

LBC Mortgage is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper!

**About us**:We are a Real Estate Mortgage brokerage firm. We have been helping people with mortgage financing for the past 20 years!

**Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Run Bookkeeping and Accounting for several companies;
- Prepares important monthly financial statements;
- Records transactions in the general ledger;
- Handles accounts receivable and payable;
- Reconciles bank statements each month;
- Manage payroll;
- Maintain updated and relevant Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) knowledge, regulations and standards;
- Facilitate organization and prepare the necessary documentation for external audits and reviews;
- Special Projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting & bookkeeping;
- USA Market Experience
- Experience working with accounting systems QuickBooks Online
- Month-end/year-end close process and financial reporting experience.
- Knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office, Excel;
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Fully Remote Position!

Pay: $31,000.00 - $62,000.00 per month
