Bookkeeper (Quickbooks)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bookkeeper to join our US-based team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse financial tasks with precision and efficiency.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesConduct data entry and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.Monitor and manage incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.Handle collections accounts, including customer outreach for payment follow-ups.Ensure timely collection of deposits and coordinate with banks and customers as needed.Engage in customer communications, including collection and resolving challenging issues.Ideal ProfileQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks.Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.Familiarity with Google Apps (Docs, Gmail, Calendar) is a plus.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance.Opportunity to make a positive impact.A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
