This position is responsible for complying with all the accounting processes and GAAP.
The main activities for this position are:
- Data entry in accounting software.
- Prepare financial packages for a specific portfolio of HOAs.
- Process changes in client information in the accounting software.
- Support AP and AR when needed.
- Perform periodic reconciliations: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.
- Prepare financial reports in Excel
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday:
- 7:00 to 16:00 CST or 8:00 to 17:00 CST

**Requirements**:
- **MUST: Advanced English **(Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 2 years of experience in financial statement production.
- Experience with bank and account reconciliations.
- Strong English knowledge of accounting terminology.
