Enjoy a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Be good with numbers and have meticulous attention to detail Work efficiently independently whilealso coordinating with other team members Be able to communicate effectively and interact with a variety of individuals Enjoy learning new web-based software platforms and utilizing spreadsheets Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly client invoices for work completed Review and manage all subcontractor invoices and payments Track company and project costs and maintain up-to-date records Manage company expenses and maintain a record of all receipts Payroll management and coordination Follow up on past-due invoices Update Smartsheet and other CRMs effectively General account administration Qualifications and Skills Degree/Diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, finance or business administration/ management Knowledge of project management and CRM softwares is considered an asset, but not required (Salesforce, Smartsheet) Outstanding written and verbal communication and problem-solving Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change and develop new skills MS Office:
Excel and Word, and GSuite:
Gmail, Calendar.
Quickbooks are considered an asset.
2-3 years of experience and/or related work experience in a similar role is considered an asset
