The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, creator networks / agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. The BR/Latam Marketing and Content Programming Manager will work across North America and South America's LIVE Operations team to build strategies, content programming, and B2B event execution to tell the TikTok LIVE story and value proposition.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategize, story tell, and build integrated programs that leverage content programming, creator stories, and partnership stories together to help solidify TikTok LIVE's value proposition of making live streaming mainstream and for the masses
2. Expand 1st party LIVE content programming to a structured production, creating reach and frequency that ladder up to into TikTok-wide tentpole moments
3. Drive XFN integration with regional creator management, creator network management, enablement, and campaign teams alongside central product and governance teams to build mutual goals and reduce execution friction
4. Develop processes, best practices, and templates that allow us to replicate creator and b2b successes across the region
5. Leverage data and report on content and b2b program successes; leverage to derive future iterations and optimizations
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA and 3+ years of experience working in high-growth consumer-forward environments
- Experience in content programming, creator management, consumer and b2b marketing, and/or creative agency with demonstrated ability to rapidly scale existing business models and content ecosystems
- Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to analyze data and identify trends that inform strategic results
- Experience in project and program management with history of successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Excellent English and Spanish in written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives; motivated by results and impact
Preferred qualifications
- B2C or B2B marketing in a content platform
- English, Spanish and Portuguese language abilities to work effectively in the LATAM market
