Located in our **Santa Fe** office, you will be aligning our people, products, processes, and communications to our brand values and in your role as Brand Alignment Assistant you will be helping make this happen.- You will collaborate and report to the Global Bran Alignment Manager to ensure we stay on-brand.- You will help manage the brand governance process.- You will be called upon to support the Creative Solutions team with your graphic design capabilities.

**Key responsibilities**:- Support the measurement and tracking of brand alignment across Gates globally- Champion brand alignment across people, processes, products, and communications- Support the brand governance process for all brand output to ensure compliance- Work closely with the team on conceptualizing, developing, & refining dynamic creative solutions & content.- Create professional quality marketing materials that are in line with company expectations and deadlines.- Partner with members of the creative team to execute assets and projects in line with Gates brand positioning.- File management and asset management.- Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style guide, and core values to ensure top-notch creative development and execution.- Deliver client-ready assets for a variety of projects including social/digital, brand marketing, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.- Occasionally work with the project manager to source, execute and handoff press files/brief them of our needs for any given project for the final deliverable to be executed properly and efficiently.
**ABOUT YOU**- **2 - 4** of years of **graphic design experience** with a strong emphasis on **production** and **layout design**.- Design background with a portfolio- Fluency in both written and spoken **English.
**- Experience in brand alignment projects- Experience of working with international teams- Experience in successful campaign planning, execution, and measurementExcellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse group of internal and external customers and vendors.- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.- Problem-solving skills.First-hand experience taking projects from concept to design
