You will work on an on-going market and brand understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviors).
Develop and land projects in short-time frames, working with cross functional teams with a mindset of creating strong future growth plans.Location: Bosques, Mexico CityWHAT YOU WILL DO:Strategic Planning:- Support the Brand Manager in executing the strategic vision for the brand- Leading brand yearly planning- Competitor and customer insights analysis- Develop new business opportunities- Gather relevant information and analyze market data to identify issues and opportunities that will drive critical decisions.Operational Planning:- Preparing and submits Activity Plans on brand level- Responsible of the execution of brand innovation funnel, leading the innovation project team to deliver superior products- On-going market and brand understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviors)- Owns and drives preparation and execution of full package to consumer/shopper for national promotions, launches, relaunches, activations, and communication- Developing mix & and deploying innovation projects flawlessly- Actively contributing to Business Teamwork- Responsible for shares development- Responsible for an accurate budget management.- Price monitoring (positioning vs competition - channel perspective)- Executes Brand Activations 360 degree.- Lead cross functional teams (Finance, R&D, Trade Marketing and Media) to accomplish project/brand objectives.WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or a related field require.- Fluent English required- Ability to work with cross functional teams.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.- Display excellent influencing, communication skills and leadership towards cross functional teams.- Strong interpersonal skills motivated to work in harmony with the team by showing a good "what-how" balance in delivering successful results.- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and "can do" attitude
