Manager- Temporary**Which is the main objective of this role?**The Brand Manager will be accountable to accelerate growth strategy through branding and evaluating all the variables on the market in order to create a winning strategic plan for short and long term to accelerate share of market. Responsible to create and execute marketing plans that produce sustained, profitable volume growth and lasting brand equity. Manage Advertising & Marketing expending to deliver marketing plans, volume, and profit goals within budget, ensuring the strategic plan. Develop proven effective innovation and brand campaign. Manage and coach direct reports to rapidly prepare them to assume increasing responsibility leading toward brand management and flawless execution.**Qualifications****What will you be doing?**- Deep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data, and defining business strategies.- Lead brand equity strategy in the long term and marketing activation in the short term to increase penetration SOM- Design long term growth strategy for each brand (positioning and innovation PSP).- Activate Demand Space/Needscope Framework (Branding /Activation).- Co-Develop Incremental Concept/Platforms with extended Innovation Team.- Lead improvement agenda, including Revenue Management.- Manage key partner relationship with internal & external agencies.- Work in partnership with Commercial development managers to develop solid commercial plans.- Propose and manage marketing mix model and further A&M needs.- Lead promotions developments, innovations and activations.- Tight monitoring of product quality agenda implementation.**Who are we looking for?**- Innovation strategy, brand positioning, setting the agenda, talent development and advanced marketing knowledge
