The Role: We are looking for a Brand Assistant SR. for Financial Services - LENDING who will be part of this amazing fintech and the team responsible for working on brands and driving the business results. S/he will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies). S/he will be strategic contact between Business and Marketing in order to create & develop marketing campaigns. S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must be proactive,resilient, and curious about the business and have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish and be willing to continue learning.
S/he will also help to develop and implement effective brand/product-building strategies. S/he will brainstorm ideas to meet marketing and sales goals and help with execution plans.
What will I do: Understand the core business strategy (Financial Services: Lending) and be capable to create and develop marketing campaigns to achieve objectives. Work side by side with Growth Marketing in order to ensure marketing campaigns implementation. In charge of organizing and managing the design agency from briefing to delivery making sure the final delivery is attached to the business strategy. Follow up portfolio & post-mortem reports and presentations. Assistance and support for Brand Manager in daily strategies and branding tasks. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects with assigned timelines and budgets. Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs. Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels to ensure strong brand presence. Daily invoice, budget and payments follow up, working closely with Purchase department and Finance.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelors or master's degree in Marketing, Business administration, Industrial Engineering withexperience in financial services specifically in Banking 1 - 2 years of experience (including intern/trainee)working with financial services products such as: Banking with multi-disciplinary teams to develop action plans to build brand/product and develop win-win value. 1 - 2 years of experience (including intern/trainee) working in FMCG/Startups with local and/or global brands in Mexico or another region. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities. Ability to communicate and team capabilities (English & Spanish). Ability to confidently engage different levels and multi-functional stakeholders. Ability to effectively follow up projects under medium supervision to achieve team goals and complete work assignments within established time frames. Proactive, resilient, curious, and willing to learn Good interpersonal communication, engagement and influencing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey learning and actions to take. Effective presentations for executive level leadership.
