We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.About the JobImplement BE programs for instore in mainline, wholesale and outlet channels in order to achieve sales targets.- Ensure consistency in execution at all points according to campaigns, promotions, new collections, and marketing initiatives.- Continuous communication and follow up with the Sell Out team: Supervisors and promoters.- Provide on-site training, identify areas of opportunity to gather criteria and guide support so sales plan can be achieved by the promoter.- Core Duties:_- Detect improvement opportunities in the appearance of the point of sale for the internal team of BE & SD.- Follow up on deliveries of materials by suppliers and verify their quality, installation, and logistics, ensuring their implementation in the time expected.- Talk and plan with BE coordinators about openings plans, remodeling, store visits, weekly and monthly calendar.- Enable communication flows with the Sales and Merchandising team to ensure feedback and customer comments at the point of sale (sales floor).- Identify product displacement, mainly big ideas, secondary messages, guarantee consistency in the communication of messages based on marketing manuals.- Provide criteria and train the promoter team and sellers based on floor needs and status of the spaces.About You- Graduate or undergraduate- Completed high school- Visual Merchandising background- Experience in window displays, marketing and styling- Leadership- Communication- Emotional Intelligence- Teamwork- Problem solving- Decision making- Problem solving and decision making in the following cases:_- Late delivery of projects- Market visits- Detect low quality of materials- Supplier failure and installations out of date- Overlap of opening assemblies or any other scheduled activities- Low KPIs at point of sales- Don´t have the product that indicate in the VM manualsLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
