ROLE SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Brand Executive, based in Mexico, to join Inspired LATAM with a focus on project management within marketing. The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand positioning and drive lead acquisition to meet the commercial goals of our schools and support the growth of our schools across Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing, technology, design, and communication, while demonstrating expertise in executing high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the educational sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Inspired's presence and the growth of our schools in Latin America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, plan, and execute 360° marketing campaigns (events, PR, press), ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, with proven success across multiple channels.Build and manage multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, communications) using strong organizational skills and tracking tools to present results and ensure smooth execution and timely reporting.Analyze data with a focus on numeric insights, using Power BI (basic-intermediate) to improve marketing performance.Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, and reviewing implementation.Support design needs using Adobe Suite and Canva (basic-intermediate), reviewing and providing feedback on creative work.Create high-quality content for platforms, including articles, web content, and presentations tailored to specific objectives.Maintain relationships with external agencies, providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure campaign success.Demonstrate excellent communication skills (native-level English) and people-oriented social skills, building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Lead and motivate teams with a charismatic and persuasive approach, effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.Display creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while delivering high-quality marketing plans.Adapt to dynamic environments, showing resilience and the ability to adjust quickly to change.Be open to feedback and willing to act on constructive criticism for growth.Collaborate effectively with school teams and peers, contributing knowledge while being open to suggestions.Commit to continuous learning and proactive problem-solving, always seeking new skills and innovative solutions.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.Experience in the education sector ideally, with knowledge in International Curriculums, Certifications and structures.Ability to travel to schools outside the base city as needed.The role is hybrid and requires adaptability to the needs and objectives of the schools under their responsibility.Advanced English.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
