In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.ROLE SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Brand Executive, based in Mexico, to join Inspired LATAM with a focus on project management within marketing. The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand positioning and drive lead acquisition to meet the commercial goals of our schools and support the growth of our schools across Latin America.The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing, technology, design, and communication, while demonstrating expertise in executing high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the educational sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Inspired's presence and the growth of our schools in Latin America.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, plan, and execute 360° marketing campaigns (events, PR, press), ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, with proven success across multiple channels.Build and manage multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, communications) using strong organizational skills and tracking tools to present results and ensure smooth execution and timely reporting.Analyze data with a focus on numeric insights, using Power BI (basic-intermediate) to improve marketing performance.Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, and reviewing implementation.Support design needs using Adobe Suite and Canva (basic-intermediate), reviewing and providing feedback on creative work.Create high-quality content for platforms, including articles, web content, and presentations tailored to specific objectives.Maintain relationships with external agencies, providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure campaign success.Demonstrate excellent communication skills (native-level English) and people-oriented social skills, building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Lead and motivate teams with a charismatic and persuasive approach, effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders
