ResponsibilitiesCollect royalty reports and sales projections for approximately 140 contracts.Calculate royalties and ensure complete, accurate and timely payment, including calculating commissions earned and liability to licensor.Analyze reports for compliance to contractual obligations.Create and maintain client-facing financial reporting.Maintain internal sales & royalty databases.Process accounts receivable.Follow up on past due accounts, manage bad debt at or below acceptable levels.Track and account for withholding tax.Support Client Finance managers on internal client budgeting.Support Client Finance managers on client reporting.Invoicing using iofacturo for the payments received from Licensees
