****Brand Manager - Derma****Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:**Marketing plan**:Developing the strategy and execution of brands aligned with the SBU / HQ, to achieve the KPIs defined (Main KPIs: NS, FVE, FCA, SO & SI, DOH, Market Share).According to MKT 4.0 (short, medium & long term) Marketing Excellence (TB4L): Deep understanding, knowledge, interpretation and usage of TB4L model/tools.In charge of Media deployment: Mass Media & Digital (Data analytics, Content, Social media, Search engine optimization (SEO), Product/UX design & eCommerce (Build E commerce and master pieces that can be changed as requirement of trends, all customers same experience.)
and POS.Lead & collaborate with multifunctional teams: on campaign deployment, research and analysis, promotion, PR, media and advertising associated with assigned brands; assesses their success against plan (P&I and P&L).
**Consumer Goods and Medical Team**: KAMs, Top Retailers (i.E.
WalMart), Medical Associations, Key Opinion Leaders, Sales Force Team, Trade, Marketing team, etc.
**Field force support**: Contribute to plan activities to support Field Force, in agreement with Sales Manager, through the development of dedicated material.Present plan and sales updates during cycle meetings (projects, materials and positioning strategies) in line with the marketing objectives.
Keep liaison with field force to help them on technical and operational issues.
**International Network**: Take responsibility for the development and maintenance of international relationship with colleagues from HQ and other countries thanks to interactions on product strategies and tactics.Leverage on the manager for providing feedback at international and national level.Omnichannel oriented in charge to build 360 MKT CEX of brands.
Campaign tracking, AB Testing, leverage digital technology (QR, Gps, Geofence, push notifications, shopping cart on site) zero thinking to zero effort.
**Market Analysis**: Constantly monitor the local market though modeling and segmentation, competitors benchmark and reporting structure with the aim of supporting the decision making process for the Business Unit.
**Forecast Accuracy**: Ensure monthly the sales forecast for the products and samples based on the actual sales figures.
**Who You Are**:- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.- Fluent English Level: writing, reading and speaking.- Presentation Skills
