To work closely with marketing director and CMO.We are looking for people who are:Keen to join a high-performance marketing organization.Passionate about winning in the marketing space through innovation, ideas and creative solutions.Fast-learner, adaptable and enthusiastic while challenging and being challenged.Resourceful and creative to keep consolidating a solution-driven and agile culture.Detail-oriented to manage projects from insights to strategy to creativity to metrics.Job Responsibilities:Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives facing integrated marketing - advertising campaigns.Support conceptualization and execution of campaigns across customer journey, ensuring consistency of messaging across touchpoints.Develop content initiatives across owned, paid and earned media spaces in collaboration with digital, comms and agency teams to foster specific brand KPIs.Track & report on effectiveness marketing drivers to secure accountability, results and best practices.Support specific innovation and strategic programs fostering execution, time to market and communication across stakeholders.Education:Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing or communication and Business Administration.Digital Marketing / Digital Business certifications or courses.Work Experience:4 to 6 years in Marketing rolesExperience in CPG, Finance or Banking (desirable)Digital driven companies and/or start-ups (desirable)Knowledge and skills (general and technical):Digital marketing savvy, experienced and hands-on over strategy, execution & measurement.Marketing Integration-driven mind with eye for creativity, advertising campaigns & metrics.Project management and campaign keeper skillsGreat communication and presentation skillsFluent in English, written and spoken.
