**Purpose of the Job**:We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be part of this amazing fintech and the team responsible for working onbrands and driving the business results. She/he will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Finance, Product,Content Marketing, Growth, Advertising, and Media Agencies). She/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based onanalytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. She/he has to have the ability to create newstrategies based on the findings and needs of the products that will manage.**Education Level & Work Experience**:Com Bachelors or master's degree in Marketing / Business Administration7+ years of experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop action plans to build brand and develop win- win value.7+ years of experience working in FMCG with global brands in Mexico or another region.**Key Responsibilities**:1. Develop portfolio strategy (new and existing products), analysis and go-to-market commercialization, tailor-madetrial experiments to win in each channel in Mexico for multiple sub-brands.2. Work closely with multi-functional team to develop long term and short-term strategy to build brand and developwin-win value for merch. (Product management team, customer happiness, etc.).3. Work closely with Product and Growth team to develop usage experiments to fully understand the how's,where's, when's of the usage of the products.4. Develop and execute tactical plans focused on the growth of different KPIs (TPV, TXN, Av. Ticket, etc.) based ondata analysis.5. Work closely with Revenue Streams to develop annual forecast.6. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.**Technical knowledge**:1. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities2.
