**Sr Brand Content Manager, Frito-Lay US GBS**
**Main Purpose**
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Translate the brand teams and shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
- Lead an in-house creative / design team to deliver multiple creative versioning of assets for Quaker Foods North America Team.
- Build trust and confidence with the brand and shopper marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects to the content in-house team.
- You have previous experience on agencies but also on a brand management position - you need to know about how our business works so you can communicate clearly the objectives to your team.
- Create visual content customized by social platform following brilliant basics and ensure content meets brand objectives at the right channel and right target.
- Manage senior stake holders effectively.
- Look how to expand our creative service catalogue to bring A&M Productivity.
- People management skills - great leaders build great teams!
- Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Works with team to anticipate and address project concerns
- Works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organization

Qualifications:
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months
**Education/Requirements**
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, Access
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred

- Expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios
