.Job Overview:The GCA Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of the GCA Breast Implants in Mexico. They will support our distributor in the country with a common goal to grow GCA market share in the country.This role combines multiple scopes: Marketing, Science, Education and Product knowledge to elevate GCA Brand awareness in the country. The Brand Manager is in charge of disseminating GCA Values and GCA Value proposition to the field in partnership with GCA Distributor.The individual will continuously assess market demand, recommend & align offerings based on business objectives, and is positioned effectively to support the development of revenue and market share for GCA and the GCA distributor.The person will work closely with the GCA local distributor and the GCA cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams to develop and execute marketing strategies. The goal is to provide value and perceived value by all parties.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy:Product Strategy & Development:Provide product training, with expertise, and technical support to the distributor sales team and external stakeholders.Product Launch:Support product launch process, including the creation of product positioning strategies, and go-to-market plans to help our distributor.Market Analysis & Insights:Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for the GCA Breast Implants.Co-develop with GCA distributor and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key market segments, customer personas, and competitors.Marketing & Sales Support:Marketing Strategy:Support distributor marketing plans to help sales growth, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the distributor and sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies to engage potential B2B customers, including surgeons, clinics, and healthcare institutions.Brand Positioning:Ensure that GCA Breast Implants are effectively positioned within the market, highlighting product benefits, unique selling points, and competitive differentiation.Support brand awareness campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.Sales Enablement:Provide ongoing support to the distributor and sales team by delivering product training, sales tools, and customer-facing presentations.Assist in customer interactions, trade shows, and events to showcase the GCA Breast Implants and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).Customer Engagement & Feedback:Customer Relationship Management:Develop relationships with key stakeholders and key medical societies, together with our distributor.Support and maintain strong relationships with key customers, surgeons, and healthcare providers, ensuring their feedback is integrated into product development and marketing initiatives
