**BRAND MANAGER (OBAO)**
**Key Job Accountabilities**
- Define and implement differentiated shopper-centric account strategies to achieving brand sales targets
- Own the shopper journey and delivering differentiated shopper marketing solutions through test and learn
- Plan and coordinate annual launches/promotions across categories to achieve brand market share targets
- Work closely with commercial team to identify key account activation from ROI point of view
- Provide shopper insights with deep understanding of the shoppers
- Develop the strategy and preparing for key internal cross-function meetings
- Generate reporting and manage the campaigns
**Must Have Aspects**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill in English
- Strong commercial acumen
- Basic and useful knowledge of mass market
