.As a Brand Manager for Skincare, you will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy, positioning, and growth of skincare products within the company. This role involves overseeing all aspects of brand management, including product development, marketing campaigns, market research, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the skincare market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and profitability.Define and refine brand positioning in alignment with consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing brand initiatives.Marketing & Communications:Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and in-store.Manage relationships with creative agencies, influencers, and other external partners to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Product Development:Collaborate with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.Lead the development and launch of new skincare products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.Work closely with R&D, packaging, and design teams to bring product concepts to life.Market Research & Analysis:Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.Analyze sales data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.Represent the skincare brand within the organization and with external partners, serving as the brand's ambassador.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field5 to 7 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on skincare or beauty products.Strong understanding of the skincare market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
