**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Budget Management**:Develop and manage annual brand budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize ROI.

- ** Marketing Agency Management**:Work closely with external marketing agencies to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
- ** Supervision of Staff**:Oversee daily activities of internal teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
