In this position, you will be responsible for:Pursuing Brand/Marketing StrategyAdopt the Strategy for Kroon and El Gallo Azul and ensure consistent brand developmentActively contribute to Mexico team strategies and plans from Marketing perspectiveCo-create Innovation ideas, convert viable ideas into plans and deliver on projectsSet KPI's for brands and track progressOwning the Marketing CalendarDevelop and manage Marketing Calendar for Kroon and El Gallo Azul to enable team to reach business objectivesManage A&P budgetEnsure OTIF activation on Marketing CalendarPOS materials coordinationEvent development and executionCommunication DevelopmentCoordinate development of key communication materials and contentATL/BTL media plans & executions.Social media & influences: brief on content and give approvals, monthly track results (reach, engagement, awareness)PR development focused on building brand reputationDistributor & Agency ManagementManage relationship & contract with key agenciesSet KPI's and track progressCoordinate invoicing streams via administration systemTraining: train Sales Force on the brands and stories to bring to marketAnalysis & Business ReviewInterpret available market insights from Business/Market Intelligence reports and other available sources and utilize the insights in developing and improving the brand strategy.Actively contribute to monthly business review (internal and with customers) by reporting on progress and determine follow up actionsNielsen monthly analysis providing insights to drive business decisionsConsumer surveys to test new products and conceptsYearly brand tracking measuring awareness and brand health#J-18808-Ljbffr
