Someone that has a genuine connection to Running, a relentless curiosity for the consumer, and a belief in our brand vision to create the future for Nike Running.The understanding of the running scene, experience in bringing to life marketing tactics that are aligned to a high-level strategy, cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed team, and some experience and/or understanding of the LATAM main cities, especially Mexico City, are critical to this role.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?As a Brand Marketing Specialist in Running, your consumer and market insights will inform the strategy and Marketing Plans, your ideas will help land the tactics, your understanding of the product and processes will keep the Running team on time and with the requirements needed, and your talent will be key to bring to life the plan in time and form, supporting your Manager.Activities of the role to support the day to day demands of the Running plans and executions include: support of the development of seasonal programming; support on delivering the integrated marketing plans and managing campaign progress measurement, including recapping and de-briefing; support in keeping healthy and strong relationships with Runners and the Running community; and support with product and purchase orders, arrivals, deliveries and inventory.This role will also lead and manage some key tactical executions that deliver on the overall integrated marketing plan.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?In this role you will report directly into the Brand Marketing Manager Men's Running LATAM, working hand on hand with your counterparts in the Women's Running team. You will begin as a contributor to fuel consumer demand and build our long-term connection with consumers in LATAM, focused in Mexico City
