- Product: Lead the development of new products focused on customer needs, insights and trends with Key Stakeholders (R&D, NPI, Purchasing, etc.), with solid concepts, storytelling and guaranteeing the profitability of the brand.
- Price: Define price positioning according to market segment and key competitors.
- Place: Define Go to market strategy and sales channels.
- Promotion: Guide the trade marketing strategy in the countries: L6, Packs, tools, Color Charts, etc.
- Education: Develop a solid educational strategy for HD and EC

- Experience working on Brand Management, leading the process of brand originator
- Advanced English
