You will be key to establishing and maintaining communication between the Global/Americas Brand Protection team and the marketplace teams within Mexico and CaSA territories. You will closely work with the Latin America BP Manager, the NIKE distributors, Converse Licensees, investigators, outside counsel and Law Enforcement Agencies to protect the Nike Brands and take action against those who infringe our intellectual property rights.At Nike, you will be given opportunities to advance your career by working on the industrial leading BP program. You will be the key person of driving Mexico and Central America enforcement strategy.Your accountabilities to communication BP work to Nike internal stakeholders include:- Creating weekly and quarterly reports on significant Brand Protection actions to the BP Director.- Exploring and recommending new metrics for measuring impact of BP work, and new ways to present results to the Distributors/Licensees and biz team- Skillfully utilizing NIKE's and service provider's database to generate special reports for brand protection intelligence analysis and be capable of using certain IT tools to achieve such goals.- Supporting the broader IP/BP team, security team, grey market management team on ad hoc requests of cross-function digital investigation, enforcement, and litigation matters.DESCRIPTIONWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Brand Protection Manager to lead the Mexico enforcement strategy.
