.Brand Specialist - Instock Management, ISM, ConsumablesAmazon Mexico's Consumables Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on and creative candidate to join our team.As an ISM, you will lead key initiatives to ensure inventory health within our business. You will provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of business and supply chain inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standardin customer and vendor satisfaction.As a Brand Specialist, you will also own selected brands to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.Com.Mx, while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.You'll be responsible for looking after the brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed weekly reports on performance. You'll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.To achieve success in this role, you will need strong analytical and relationship management skills. You will need to be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly. You'll be a problem solver, identifying issues or opportunity areas to then create plans to drive improvement.As a Brand Manager, you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management, and in-stock management.
