No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**- This role its necessarry to develop 3 strategic pillars that are in full development phase in Marias Gamesa, the #1 brand in C&C category and #5 in PMF:- The purposeful brand agenda for Marias- The Culinary strategy- The internal community and support group for mothers in PepsiCo- This projects are of vital importance and relevance for brand growth.**Your Impact****As Brand Sr. Coordinator Marias, your responsibilities would consist of **- Support in the construction development and planning for the purpose agenda for Marias.- Coordination and execution of the culinary pilar, and recipes, coordinating campaigns in digital media, as well as a follow up for results.- Construction and leading agenda for community of Internal mother's support group.- Support in the construction of the Marketing strategy of the brand in the short and long term, including, communication in POS, off and On Media.- Execute marketing initatives to reach AOP objectives, in all distribution channels- Support in the creation of the innovation strategy, as well as executing, coordinating the launch of new products- Analysis and Control of information and category indicators (Monthly and weekly analysis of Nielsen, ISCAM and Microstrategy information)- Full dominion of consumer, shopper and market to develop solid and incremental strategies.- Follow up in the Brand budget, assuring compliance.- Develop and execute of brand strategies in POS, promotions and activations.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bacherlor in Marketing, Business or Administration.- Intermediate-Advanced English- Required knowledge of Nielsen and ISCAM- Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods companies, brand teams, communication or marketing agencies- Analitic thinking, decision making habilities and problem resolution
