The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day production activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.As the Branded Content Producer at AEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing how our brand will look in different touchpoints with our consumers (Content, Digital, stores, activations, etc.) that resonate with our target audience, align with our brand values, and ultimately contribute to the success of our business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.SummaryThe role will be responsible for ideation and the creation of multi-platform and multi-asset campaign ideas that connect the company in a creative and effective manner. The main idea is to serve as a content engine to constantly deliver great assets in diverse forms throughout the year and not only during big marketing campaigns; it is an always-on role.The right candidate will bring their special brand of creativity and collaboration to the table and be excited to be tasked with being the IDEA person for the branded content team. This person will be an integral part of a marketing team and will be tasked with taking ownership of creating a pipeline of content that is aligned under strategies, products, and stories.ResponsibilitiesIdeate with the marketing team to create innovative, engaging, and effective branded content concepts.Provide concept one-sheets and mini-decks to brief INT teams.Coordinate/write scripts as needed for production.Curate effective and compelling case studies that can be leveraged.Be a creative collaborator that creates ideas and concepts that are authentic and powerful for all channels.Work closely with the INT creative team, MX marketing team, and lead the MX creative team to optimize the effectiveness of content ideas.Create calendars, write schedules, and supervise any post-production up until the final delivery.Stay up to date with the latest media and platform trends.Work closely with the relevant agencies/directors to ensure constant communication on the project.During filming, ensure that the production runs to schedule and budget, manage talent, directors, crew, and clients on set/location.Ensure all shoots meet legal requirements and compliance and obtain all necessary licenses.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.Proficiency in creative and production with 6 years of experience
