The Opportunity
As the AEI Business Unit Manager, you will lead FoodTech team of around 08 employees with current annual revenues of approximately USD15M.

You will own full P&L responsibility and drive key functions including operations, engineering, service, administration, strategic planning, forecasting, and compliance.
A core part of your role will be developing and executing an aggressive growth strategy that outpaces market trends.

Top performers will be groomed for potential promotion to Managing Director role.
What You'll Need
Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Consistent track record of delivering on commitments.
Technical degree required, MBA preferred.
Substantial experience leading B2B capital goods organizations.
Good experience managing P&Ls.
Understanding of the food production industry (poultry experience is an advantage)
Fluency in English (other languages an asset)
