The team you will be a part of
The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
This role in summary
Budget Planner for CPG/Gladiator/Licensing Platform, responsible to manage Budget Expenses and support the project portfolio definition.
This is a key function on the Planning Team, responsible for connecting all our expenses for each project to the 5 years product plan of the category.
This position cares about the future portfolio as well as the current year under execution, partnering with all the different System Integrators, project leaders and scoping leaders.
Be the single point of contact when relating to budget.
There is a high exposure to leadership inside the IBU.
Your responsibilities will include
Lead the outlook process for: Product Development Expenses, Salary & Fringe, Travels and Others;
Track actuals, open POs, provide forecast, manage budget reclassifications, recharges and accruals;
Manage PO from REQ to GR.
Manage PPM funds transfers, creation of IOs and resources loading;
Track accuracy and provide action plans if any deviation happens.
Work in PPM to Create new projects and load resources to support the portfolio evaluation over the planning cycle.

Discipline
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field in Budget management
Minimum 1 year of experience
Preferred skills and experiences
PPM experience (Planisware)
SAP experience
GS3 experience
