As a specialist in Budget Control and Supplier Management, you will lead the optimization of financial efficiency and supplier quality across all company channels. You will oversee the budget, managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and generating financial reports. You will work with other teams to ensure our financial needs are met across all sales channels. You will report to Integration Strategic Project Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and control departmental spending, ensuring compliance with the assigned budget.
- Support contract management with suppliers, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
- Issue accurate credit notes across all sales channels, coordinating execution and follow-up.
- Participate in budget distribution throughout the year, ensuring resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the budget team to align financial activities with the department's strategic goals.
**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of corporate environments and financial processes.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced level of English
- 3 years of experience
- Interest in learning and collaborating in supplier management and contract negotiation.
