**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Budget Management Analyst will be responsible for activities related to the Global Close to Forecast process. The Analyst is expected to collectively execute Financial Reporting and close to forecast activities. This role will be a critical part of our digital transformation agenda providing overall administration and support for our Mosaic TM1 tool including master data ownership, quality checking, scenario management and actual data preparation. In addition, this role will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, documenting and securing approvals & backup for all JE's (US), loading actuals/models for Project forecast dashboards/tools (Global) and Period-End Activities & Close Support (Global) across our key sectors / PGRE categories.
**Your Impact**
As a **Budget Management Analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
- Lead team responsible for integration of Global PGRE Financial data into central tools and models including supporting period
close and financial reporting
- Central adminstrator and SME for Mosaic TM1 tool with master data management responsibilities
- Process Month end financial activities such as Journal entry creation and ERP upload, actuals/data upload to financial
forecasting tool (Mosaic) and financial forecast variance analysis for key sectors / PGRE categories
- Partner with PGRE strategy team on project master data tracking /integration between finance and PGRE tools
- Partner closely with PGRE Finance Team Globally and GBS PGRE Finance Team to ensure accurate P&L reporting and adherence to processes
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for master's degree
**Experience**
- 2-3 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong FP&A skills and experience with forecasting and planning cycles
- ** Advance english level**
