More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Receive alarm escalations from NOC and recover the services affected while respecting the committed SLA.-- Provide Root Cause Analysis to our stakeholders after recovering from a transversal outage-- Deploy product changes in production, new releases, patches, etc.-- Escalate to DEVOPS team problem required a deeper investigation / fixing, including the needed evidence, a clear analysis and a possible solution.-- Improve internal tools, documentation, scripting and automation-- Contribute to the knowledge sharing of product specificity, tools to the team members-- Support Product Owner/Manager from operational perspective for new feature definition.-- Validate all new features after deployed, including functionalities and documentation to allow a smother introduction to production-- Contribute to Continuous service reliability and performance improvement.-- Disaster Recovery solution management to guarantee business continuity-- Install and configure the solution on hardware, according to the customer requirements (CRS) and the project plan, and following Thales deployment rules and best practices.- REQUIREMENTS- Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering-- Previous experience working as Basic Build-Ops Specialist or related position.-- Technical Ladder M3 or equivalent at TI industry-- Capacity to manage incident and problem related to 3rd party, OEM HW/SW or Network infrastructure by working with respective OEM-- Capability to define preventive, corrective and improvement actions-- Technical experience with Nagios, Shell, SQL, SMPP protocol, Wireshark TCP IP Analysis, Linux-Unix Administration-- Good level of English
