Building Maintenance Engineer

Job DescriptionConstruction and Civil Works General Maintenance, including Structural, Building & Finishings Maintenance, Kitchen equipment, Furniture, Locksmith, Optical Fiber and Structured Cabling, ensuring they are executed according to project and complying with all applicable regulations (NOM, NFPA, NEC, etc).
Head of Construction & Civil Works installations and equipment commissioning, certifying that all installations have been performed according to the approved project.
Construction & Civil Works installation design review for operational needs (production & administrative) according to current applicable regulations and standards.
QualificationsPreventive Maintenance Program (PMP) development, implementation, and follow-up for all non-productive Construction & Civil Works installations and equipment, including but not restricted to: Buildings Maintenance, Roofing, Water and Sewer distribution systems, Kitchen equipment, Furniture, Locksmith, Optical Fiber Networks, and Structured Cabling, including periodic studies and certifications.
Project management and development of Building and Civil Works, including Design, RFQ, Change Management, Contractors management, Legal requirements and permits, Construction and installation overview, systems needed for original layout increase and modifications according to the site needs, delivering projects within time and budget according to applicable regulations and standards.
Energy efficiency projects development and implementation.
