We're looking for a dedicated professional to take on a pivotal role in our innovative team!Location: México - Home office with availability to travel occasionally to Toluca.Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 5+ years in Automotive IndustryKey Responsibilities:Lead mechanical detail engineering for material application in BIW components.Specify materials for pumping systems, including sealings, adhesives, sound deadeners, coatings, paints, and e-coat.Oversee material release in CAD design tools (NX) and PLM systems (Teamcenter).Support equipment specifications, installations, and process controls.Manage product design verification plans, evaluations, and material validation in the lab.Provide project management and field oversight for vehicle launching and pre-series prototypes.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in bulk materials handling within the automotive industry, specifically with sealings, adhesives, sound deadeners, and coatings.Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter software.Strong expertise in material characteristics, analysis, and lab-testing.Experience in product launching and project management.Fluent in Spanish and English required (B2+ minimum).Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?If you're ready to make a significant impact and advance your career in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you!
