As the Oncology Business Unit Manager, you will have primary responsibility for both sales and marketing across the Breast Cancer Mexico's team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market share growth and achieve financial targets in the Hematology sector.
- ** Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- ** Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the TA field.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and corporate partners.
- ** Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily operations to ensure the business unit functions effectively and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards. Ensure effective sales execution within the designated geography.
- ** Product Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- ** Financial Management**: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the business unit's performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in oncology or a related area.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the hematology market, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Fluent English and Spanish Speaker
- Mexican Citizen or mexican work permit already available
