We are looking for people who are curious, insightful, collaborative, and committed to building a sustainable and connected world.Provides administrative support to the sales force on transactional activities.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Verifies all special pricing requests ensuring complete and valid information, completes the required forms and enters data in Customer Relationship Management or Business Process Workspace systems. Enters sample orders in Oracle system and merchandising/ literature orders in Amware System. Provides price and availability of parts to the sales force. (30%)- Enters sample orders in Oracle system and merchandising/ literature orders in Iron Mountain System. Provides price and availability of parts to the sales force. (30%)- Provides customer order status and tracking numbers to the sales force. Escalates expedite or order status request to customer experience team. (20%)- Escalates technical and cross reference requests to tech support team. (10%)- Creates special pricing and sales reports in Business Objects system. (10%)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Required Degree: High School Graduate- Preferred Degree: Any Bachelor's Degree- Years of Experience: 0-2 yearsWork ShiftDay (Mexico - Jalisco)
