Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The purpose of the position is to develop the categories in which Clorox products participate with clients of the strategic segment and IT channel development, executing with excellence the basic responsibilities and strategy elaborated by Regional Management A123 and Trade Marketing of the IT channel.
The role involves developing clients in their sales area, managing and executing activities with TS resources aligned with processes and policies with zero deviations, achieving volume, portfolio, and AMPS objectives consistently, generating value for our brands, as well as leading and controlling the pricing strategy of the IT channel.In this role, you will:In this role, you will be responsible for:- Defining and implementing strategies and JBP to achieve sales objectives for key accounts such as Susuper and S-mart.
This includes negotiation and sales management to customers in the state of Chihuahua, and execution in multi-channel sales points to develop our categories and brands for accelerating growth in volume and market share.- Establishing KPIs to find opportunities to gain market share in all cities within the state of Chihuahua, which is part of area 2 and our expansion and development of A126 for FY'24.
This involves performing commercial strategy, JBP, and multi-channel sales point execution with a high focus on Route to Market and local shopper.- Coordinating the merchandising team for the execution of primary and secondary displays at sales points, developing tactical activities to increase our numerical, weighted distribution, and Share off Spaces.- Designing short and medium-term plans, focusing the reduced revenue investment on market opportunities and categories in which Clorox participates with accounts in the state of Chihuahua, to ensure growth in value and share in the short and medium term.- Administering Trade Funds, recovery, and portfolio reconciliation with high discipline and total adherence to commercial policies.What we look for:- Experience and knowledge in Multi-channel consumer products in the region.- Basic knowledge to interpret Nielsen and ISCAM reports.- Knowledge of AmpS- Mastery and knowledge of Traditional and Modern channels, as well as the TOP client in Chihuahua.- Knowledge of Windows, SAP software.- Basic knowledge of administration and finance.Competencies:- Leadership and influence.- Analysis and decision-making.- Interpersonal relationships.- Communication.- Planning.- Adaptation and flexibility.- Motivation and commitment.- Strong negotiation skills and communication ability.- Results-orientedWorkplace type:Hybrid.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences
